Interview
Took very long, Ask personal questions and some that will catch you off guard. They also do a role play of the position, not super difficult but make sure you know what the position is and how to do it.
The interviewers felt like peers and were very welcoming. They made every attempt to set me up for success. It made the process less stressful. Just be prepared and you will do great!

You have a phone interview, and then move onto a typical interview with a manager who asks the basic interview questions, if you do well you move onto a project day. You are give time to study and then you do a mock call to get a feel for what the AC role entails
