I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cox Communications (Omaha, NE) in Jun 2013
Interview
Initial Application was online, then a survey that was pretty accurate as far as the line of questions relating to an Account Executive sales role.
If you have ever been an Account Executive in a Business to Business role, I recommend answering honestly. As in may surveys or self assessments, they as the same question multiple times, multiple ways.
Once you are cleared to the next level, an in person interview is conducted with the manager, and if you pass that round you move onto a panel interview with other supervisors and managers from other departments.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cox Communications
Interview
Uses 5-Star Interview process (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Appreciates 30-60-90 presentation. Recruiter does a quick screening, then an initial interview scheduled with recruiter, followed by a second interview, and sometimes an additional panel interview.

Tell me about a time you solicited constructive feedback.
I interviewed at Cox Communications (Cherry Hill, NJ)
Interview
Not the most professional interview process. Note, that it is a small world and when you tell someone we will let you know next week(turned into two) it was due to the fact that they wanted to clear the other candidate’s background. The manager also asked for number when we already spoke four times. It was a hot mess and I dodged a bullet:)

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cox Communications (Wichita, KS) in May 2018
Interview
Interview was very laid back. The manager interviewing me made sure I was completely informed of the job at hand. They asked me multiple questions retaining to my sales experience.
