Disappointing Interview Experience with Credit Acceptance. I recently had an interview with Credit Acceptance, and the overall experience left much to be desired. The atmosphere was dry and scripted, almost robotic. The interviewer lacked human connection and emotion, which was disheartening. The questions seemed irrelevant and failed to assess the qualities necessary for scouting top talent. As someone considered a top representative in my area market, I expected a more engaging and insightful interview process. Unfortunately, this was the worst interview experience I've ever encountered. It's concerning that the person representing the company in interviews may not be effectively identifying and recruiting the best talent. My experience leaves me questioning Credit Acceptance's approach to hiring, and I believe they missed out on a potential valuable addition to their team. In the future, I hope Credit Acceptance reevaluates its interview process to ensure they attract and retain top-notch professionals in the industry.

Short and very dry interview without much of an interest in the specific candidate or moving the candidate further. A very cold feeling from the start to the finish of the entire time speaking.
