Multiple Phone Interviews over the course of two weeks. The first was with HR and was typical behavioral questions. I then was given a phone interview with an engineer in Columbus, IN. He asked more technical questions and was interested to know what about engineering gets me excited.

interview with hiring manager on Mechanical engineering fundamentals, basic heat and mass transfer problems, easy interview as long as you know the fundamentals. HR round is also easy covering basic information - pay, location, etc.

Interview
It started with a team interview with a mix of HR and technical questions. This was followed by a tour of the facility and its capabilities. It ended up taking about half of the day.
