Interview
Phone interviews for first and second round. I have gone through the whole process at this point, so no more comments on this one. I might add more when I have heard the decision of my application.

Question 1
Questions from the first round:
1- Basic questions about your background / resume; preference of work location
2- Tell me about your strength
3- Tell me about a time you have worked with someone who was unethical or doing things inappropriately
4- Tell me about a situation where you had to communicate something complex or hard to understand
They asked the question you would normally be asked during an interview. After applying, it took a long time to be contacted for the telephone interview . However all the recruitment staff are very nice.

Expected behavioral interview questions. Very clear. Their interviewers could be more engaging, it very much seemed like it was an interrogation session instead of an interview. They were very nice and attentive hiring managers.

The whole process was pretty smooth. People at Cummins were really nice and friendly. Just be yourself in the interview process. They really value their core value a lot so make sure you are familiar with those
