Campus recruiters selected candidates to interview. After basic behavioral questions you were recommended to a second phone interview which again was behavioral questions but also to get a feel about were you might best fit in. Formal offer followed

Questions came from predetermined questions that hr gave the recruiters. Not to difficult they wanted to see your desire to work for the company.
Simple process with a few technical questions and then a couple presentations, one about yourself and another topic of your choice preferably on engineering project that you have done or are interested in.
