I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Currys (Bedford, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
The hiring and interview process seemed to be very well organised and structured. Out of the various retail interviews I have attended, this was probably the better of them all. Apart from myself, there was the Store Manager and the Warehouse Manager, who was taking notes, present at the interview.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Currys (Swansea, Wales) in Oct 2017
Interview
Online test —> phone interview —> one to one with the store manager. The online test is a common sense multiple choice questions. The phone interview will be done at a random time during the day in which you will be asked about your availability for work which I recommend to be flexible with and asked “Why should we employ you” question which if you pass you go through to the one to one interview with the store manager who will ask you some of the questions I listed below. I used glassdoor to prepare myself for the questions and I managed to land the job right after the end of the interview without having to wait for a phone call.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Currys (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
Had a brief interview with one of the department managers, wasn't difficult. He also went through the main areas of the business and explained all the key KPI's that had to be delivered.
