I applied for 3rd shift encoder on indeed maybe a month later i received an email about scheduling an interview ( 1 day notice)
I went it was a group interview me and 4 other people with 2 managers and HR. Mgmt asked everyone the same 5 questions and then let us ask, but they weren’t 100% with their answers . The job works for me because i have a day job and they work with my schedule, but it’s NOT full time you rarely work a full shift or get 40 hours a weeks
