Applied online. Received an invitation for a phone screen within the week. After the 30-minute call with a human resources rep, I was invited for an onsite interview. I met with the manager for the position, as well as a member of the department. They alternated asking questions from a pre-printed list, writing down notes as I responded. Both seemed very nice, but not extremely over-welcoming. After the interview portion, I was asked to stay and write a faux press release (AP style) from a hypothetical scenario provided. This portion was timed (provided a laptop and printout of the assignment). Upon completing this, I was escorted out of the building by a HR representative and told that I would be hearing back within a couple of weeks.
