DaVita interview questions

The hiring process was quiet simple, got a email from the recruiter, set up a time and date. The recruiter called and had a 30 minute interview, then said she would notify me if I got a face-to-face interview. I received a e-mail with the time and date for a face-to-face interview. Met the manager, got asked basic standard interview questions. Where do you see yourself in 5 years. Tell me about yourself.

April 12th, 2013 applied online, April 15th, received an email from recruiter wanting to setup a phone interview, April 17th, recruiter called at specified time, asked various questions, a lot geared towards how I work with others and handle stress on the job. It took about 20 minutes. At the conclusion of the phone interview the recruiter asked if I would like to proceed onto the next step which was an online questionnaire and explained if I did well she would then forward it to the clinic I applied for the hiring manager to look over. She emailed it shortly after and I completed/submitted it right away. April 22, received a call from clinic hiring manager to set up in-person interview. April 30th, had one on one interview that was pretty layed back. At the end I was asked if I would like to shadow for a few hours on May 3rd, and I did. I asked lots of questions while shadowing. At the end I was told there we're a couple more people she was going to interview and she would be back in touch with me. May 6th, I was called and offered the position. May 7, received online paperwork that I completed/submitted that same day. May 8th, received/completed online paperwork for background check & printed paper for drug screen. May 13th, called to check on background progress and everything checked out. Projected start date May 20th.
