Datadog Commercial Account Executive interview questions

By far the best interview process I have been a part of. Quick feedback, super informative recruiter, excellent hiring manager conversations, and offer process. These people know what they are doing

The recruiter was great and I enjoyed speaking with the 4 hiring managers along the way. I prepared well for the final round and came up short in their decision process. Be prepared to check all boxes in the discovery call process. They seemed to not care about your research and knowledge of the actual product. Find the pain in their mock company, use open ended discovery questions, present agenda at the beginning, DO NOT describe what Datadog does, give recap, do not propose a call back but rather give them a firm date and time for call back. I checked most of these boxes but was not enough. I wanted to share so no one else researches the product for 10 hours to fall short in the last 30 minutes.
