Worts experience ever. Recruiter was very unprofessional. She was late for the phone interview. She don't even remember that you interview me twice for the role. She was not prepared and she was distracted during the call and not even paying attention. After my interview I sent her and email with a summary of our call because I was taking notes and because I knew that she was not paying attention. I was rejected for the role without a change to speak with hiring manager just because I am a Latino. This behavior doesn't aline with the culture Data Dog presume on his website.
