The best candidate experience I have ever had. Well prepared interviewers, thoroughly thought out interview structure, and overall just a very nice experience. 2 weeks from initial interview to offer and contract
Interview process was very long and in-depth. Required a presentation that took days to complete. Did an in-person meeting but the hiring manager didn't show so it was Zoom in office.

The initial approach was by email, then we proceeded to the zoom call. The decision was never communicated to the candidate. 6 months have gone by and not an email stating at least that they went for another candidate. No closure within the pipeline.
