Process starts off with an online application + psychometric test. The psychometric test is very different to other companies, and relies on a bit of memory and attentiveness.
Following this, I received a call and had a quick phone interview prior to the assessment centre.
AC has elements of solving a business case, working with your other candidates to discuss and do a bit of a SWOT analysis followed by an oral presentation. After the group activity, there's a bit of networking with grads and 1:1 interviews.
Partner interview is the last stage and is really about seeing if you're a fit for the culture/team and role. Partially informal just getting to know you and then standard interview questions.
Throughout the process everyone at the firm was really warm and genuine, and that made the process so much easier as you aren't stressed or apprehensive about the role.
