The whole interview process was stupid. I applied for Senior Java Developer position. I was asked to take a co cubes test. After 9 days, I got a call from HR saying I cleared the test and I was asked to attend the next round which is technical+managerial and I was told this round would be split into two panels one for technical and another for managerial. I was so excited and confident that I will be a part of a giant like Deloitte and prepared myself to attend the interview.
On the interview day the HR called in the morning and said panel is not available at 5pm so we will reschedule it to 2pm. I agreed and joined the zoom interview. First the HR pulled me into the room and connected me to Technical Panel.
I was fully prepared to answer whatever they ask me. The interviewer greeted and asked about my previous experience. I answered to it and the next question was " What do you do in case the JAVA application is lagging or running very slow " I answered to it and she said ok now you can proceed to the next panel. The next panel was Managerial. I was asked how I'm maintaining work life balance during WFH. I answered to it and she said well done I'm done with the interview.
After another 9 days of wait, I received an email saying I'm not selected
