I applied online, got an email for a phone interview a couple days later, had phone interview, was called four days later for f2f, after that I was told I would get called 3-4 weeks later, they called me the next day, I went in for conditional job offer, offer was only good if i passed the testing. I had to go through drug, background, and physical test all at different locations, it took a couple weeks. After that I was called in for my training. Its all about your timing when you applied, if they really need help, you will get the job. The best time to apply is October-December.

Long but organised. The hiring event is a mass event although there is a step in the process which does involve a one on one interview. They also conduct the drug test and a physical aptitude test during the same hiring event.

Interview
Conducted at a hotel near the airport. We check in and presenters teach us about the company and about the job. We then get taken to do one on one interviews and get hired on the spot. Really nice interviewers!
Interview will take about 4-5 hour. You will meet with delta team and after 1on1 in person interview. There will be 4 or 5 questions and you will have to answers in a STAR method.
