A customer complained to me that our sweet iced tea that we kept accessible to coustomers in the lobby was empty, so I quickly had to make sweet tea and refill the tea fountain. It was a pain to have to make the tea and then lift that heavy bucket all the way to the lobby and dump the tea in the fountain without spilling it, but I managed, and the customer was appreciate and satisfied. Mission accomplished!
