Situation: Quality Assurance process too manual and taking too long Task: Evaluate and identify areas of improvement Action: Reviewed end-to-end process of QA process, method of collecting data, team, length of time, and number of items to be reviewed on a monthly basis Results: Improved process, consistent format to collect data, evened out the team, shorten the time from 14 days to 7 days, retrained the team, and documented process for further improvement opportunities and also created a training guide.
