Place two pieces if bread side by side. Lightly spread butter or avocado on each of them . On one piece of bead place your desired toppings for example a slice of cheese and some tomato. Once you have added all your toppings place the other slice of bread on top with the clean side facing up. Press firmly and cut the sandwich diagonally.
