Incredibly laid back and informal 2 on 1 interview. Comfortable conversation standing outside. I spent more time asking the interviewer questions than the other way around. I did get cut off a couple times and wasn't able to finish my thoughts, but it's okay. Very strict policies about the company's "image" that I do not entirely understand.

Interview
I was brought into the managers office and he asked me a very simple series of questions (why I wanted to work there, what my hobbies were, what my availability was looking like).
Pretty simple, just show up to the area you’re going to be working at and talk to the manager for around 30 minutes. After around a week you will hear back from the manager on if you’re hired or not.

Really friendly environment, they are very welcoming and treat you like one of their own. I highly recommend trying to apply to your nearest discount tire if you need a job while being a college student.
