good interview overall, my manager asked me if i were willing to wqork in a high volume workflow, which i accepted with little doubt. The company is fine in terms of people, though the job itself is strenuous

Interview
The interview started with an on the phone interview with Toni the Regional VP. After completing the on the phone interview I was required to take a drug test and then have a sit-down interview with the Store Manager at SCC10.
They made it clear through both that it did not matter how much knowledge I had about changing tires because they do on the job training.

Very thorough, interviewing manager asked questions regarding why I want to work there he was very nice and straightforward. He already knew of the school I was attending was for mechanics, I wanted to gain the experience and skills necessary and he understood.
