I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Discover
Interview
Called me in for a face to face interview in Chicago and had a behavioral interview then a technical interview with one of their software developers. The questions were all pretty straightforward and expected,, like writing a sorted list program etc.

Question 1
Asked a series of behavioral questions, and then some technical questions related to Java programming. Difference between compiling language and language before compiling, writing a sort loop in Java etc. Not too hard, but could've been easier. Overall it was nice
The first part of the process is an OA that consists of coding and multiple-choice questions. After that is the technical interview followed by the last round with is a behavioral interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Discover (Houston, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
hackerrank for 75 min, 15 min recruiter screen, 45 technical (going through your hackerrank; make sure to explain your coding thought process) and behavioral interview. Asking questions like what drew you to discover and where’d you hear about the opportunity.
I had 2 rounds of interviews (I believe that 3 is the new standard). For both interviews, it was really easy to speak with the recruiter and share my experience.
