In my initial meeting with the VP of Sales in EMEA, we delved into the organizational setup, role expectations, and a detailed discussion of my experience, emphasizing successful global team growth and results in agile, fast-paced environments.
The second interview, led by the Head of Sales in Israel, focused on my track record in customer growth, collaboration with Cloud CSPs, and effective vendor relationship management.
The subsequent interview involved the VP of Sales NA and Head of Business Operations, concentrating on my ability to grasp the broader business context, contribute to strategy, and leverage data for outcomes.
Meeting with the CRO was more culturally and personally oriented, complemented by inquiries about my work methods and experiences. The final discussion with the hiring manager, VP of Sales, addressed any remaining questions and gaps in the process. Although no presentations were required, I extensively provided examples, backed by numbers, showcasing my experience.
