Was somewhat quick and efficient, call from recruiter for a basic phone screening, then set up a call with hiring manager where we generally discussed experience and probed hypothetical scenarios. People were friendly however after interview with HM, no one ever got back to me, even after I followed up with recruiter multiple times.

Conducted 4 rounds of interviews over the span of 2 months. Long drawn out process that could have been expedited. Lack of structure and accountability was evident. Mostly the same questions were asked in each round.
