There will be multiple interviews (typically 3 rounds) that you have to get through. The first will usually be "open interviews" where you're going up against hundreds of other applicants. They will ask you pretty standard interview questions on the first one just to get an idea of who you are as a person. In the second interview, they will ask you a couple more questions and then have you pretend to be a barista and have an impromptu conversation with a customer. The third interview is a group interview. My best advice, if they have you "get to know someone" remember everything about them (name, hobbies, etc.) because they will ask you to introduce who you talked to. Personally, the group interview was pretty awkward and uncomfortable, but this is a very people-centered job, so it makes sense why it's set up that way. Other than that, be yourself and communicate that you care about people and you should land yourself a broista job!
