- First round I had a phone screening with HR where they explained what is Dynatrace, what they do, what was the position about. In this round they asked my expectations and what I was looking for to check if we first matched.
- Second round was with the lead of the BCN Lab and an expert in tech, this interview was so interesting and felt like an a conversation. In this interview they are interested in your overall experience and you can explore on how the company match with your values. A lot of technical questions and also a pluralsight test.
- Third round was about code pairing in a conference room with different team leads, in this interview they are interested in the actual experience coding and how you approach a problem and come up with a solution. The problem I had to solve was a common problem, famous to-do.
- The interview process ended with a final call from HR with the offer, they also explained in detail the benefits.
I really liked the whole process, the interviewers were so nice and open and the HR people is clear and straight forward, they keep you posted about everything.
