I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in May 2014
Interview
a university recruiter collected resumes from the school program and approached me. after the resume screen there was an interview conversation with the recruiter, followed by a technical English test. The English test was comprised of reading comprehension and a short essay. This qualified for hiring, later interview with a partner to determine team matching.
The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
