1) Resume Shortlisted : Minimum 60% throughout
2) Technical Round : This the crucial round of interview to observe your communication and technical knowledge.
3) HR Interview : HR will confirm your location, CTC which conveyed to you and general questions related to your background.

pretty much simple. anyone can crack it if they know what they are saying. you should be confident. ALSO should have knowlege of 1-2 industries - especially of that industry where the team works in.
Multi-stage interview process with EY Corporate Finance, including HR screening, technical case interviews, and fit discussions. Process was professional and structured, with a strong focus on financial analysis, commercial thinking, and communication skills.
