Test the market, not so en in chemistry industry but the leader's experience quite inspiring. Got many rounds of the internviews, most are not in the same function of the role itself, more like counterpart. Too many rounds actually makes the canidate felt exhausted.

Interview
Got three rounds, direct manager, global manager and local team. All the people I talked with were friendly and with strong industry background. In all, it was great talk, the only thing I feel negative is that the company is not very open to the people with a different industry background. and after 3 rounds of the interview, I was assigned to another role's interview again. which is a bit different from what I'm doing now, though I'm also interested in that role, the company will prefer those with planning background and experience people to take over it.

Several phone interviews and then a full day of on site. Questions were fairly basic but they really wanted to make sure you are the right fit for the company/location.
