Interview
The first interview is a self-recorded interview with about 5-10 questions followed by several virtual or remote follow up’s with management and team members. It was a lengthy process for the position.

What is the most creative idea you’ve created into a project?
There was a Pre interview step with an online questionnaire where you had to create a video response to questions and upload. If you picked for the interview, it was an hour video interview with the hiring manager.

Standard interview questions for product manager role
The first step in the interview process was a video call. You were given a set of questions to answer and had to record yourself during your answers, being mindful that there was a time limit and you could not pause or go back. Definitely not a good way to interview.
The interview is behavioral questions. They were not case interview questions. Use the STAR method to answer the questions. It took a few weeks for the entire process to occur from the initial point (phone interview) to the final round (on-campus).
