I applied online and received an email from the recruiter to schedule a meeting time using her calendly. I joined the video call on time and also had my phone by my side in case I receive a call instead. waited for 35mins and no call. I received no email asking for rescheduling. I was pretty ready for the interview and was excited to have this opportunity but the lack of professionalism completely got me uninterested. First impressions show a lot about a company and this was not it. I still followed up with an email and asked if she wants to reschedule but I dont think I will accept an offer if I get it anyway. I will just use this as a learning experience for interviewing.

It was a very methodical process. It seemed like you were just a number or resume in their system that they had to go through. It felt like they had already had a candidate who they wanted to hire before my in person interview. Did not seem genuine with my interviewer that I had any chance for the position.
