Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Assistant Campus Director interview questions

I saw a Facebook posting for a local job and emailed my resume to the director. It was a one on one interview. I do believe other locations also required a second interview with a power point presentation too. That was not the case for me. Following the interview it was 3 weeks until I was hired.

Somewhat odd, as the director kept asking odd-ball questions, they most likely picked out favorites based on personality as well as my experience. Certain questions caught me off guard and they talked more than I did.
