Interview
I was called for a virtual interview with my direct lead about two weeks from applying for the position. The hour conversation was pleasant and natural. The second interview was later that week with a department colleague - also virtual and similar in nature in terms of dialogue feeling conversational and organic, while still holding space for roles and responsibilities. I was offered the role by phone two weeks following the last interview.

Interview
There was an initial screening call, a panel interview, and a final interview. The process took several weeks. The questions they asked were very repetitive from one interview to the next.
Professional but a bit intimidating. First interview included me and 4 other people who took turns asking questions. Nothing out of the ordinary, but questions were both typical and ones that required specific examples .
