Engine Marketing Manager Vertical Programs interview questions

Contacted by a recruiter from Green Key Resources on LinkedIn wanting to setup a phone screen. I thought our conversation went well. He wanted me to send over my resume asap so he could meet with the hiring team the next day. He promised to get back with me immediately, then weeks went by with no response. I followed up with him again and received the same message of "I was OOO for a few days. I am connecting with the team tomorrow for full candidate feedbacks. I will shoot you a message once I do." Crickets again. I was very excited about this opportunity but felt led on by this recruiter. Even a quick message to say I was not being considered would have been better than being ghosted. Overall it was a very unprofessional experience for a company that is ranked one of the best in Denver.
