Interview
First Round- Tech/Aptitude MCQs + Two Programming Questions.
Second Round-Technical Interview. Lasted around 45mins. OOP,DBMS, Favourite Programming Language Basics .
Third Round-HR Interview. Lasted around 1.5hrs . They basically want you to praise their company in this round with highly fluent English . They want you to talk like an IIM MBA graduate in Finance .

Please specify the aspects or qualities that you are looking for in a candidate . I think the interviewers got mixed up with their roles . They told during the pre placement talk that they are looking for good problem solvers and good software skills . They said that freshers are gonna work in Front End and Backend Web tech and during the interview they are asking unnecessary questions like the current Stock price of Envestnet , CEO of Envestnet , Finance Management , Business Economics etc .

The interview process consisted of four rounds:
1. Coding Test: The first round included three coding questions. The first was relatively easy, while the remaining two were of medium difficulty.
2. Aptitude Test (Cognitive Assessment): This was a time-pressured round with 50 multiple-choice questions testing logical and analytical thinking.
3. Technical Interview: This round covered core computer science topics such as Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), SQL, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), along with two coding problems.
4. HR Interview: The final round was a standard HR discussion covering background, interests, and role-related expectations.

I got the job through campus placement. The recruitment process : 1. Aptitude and coding test 2. Behavioral and cognitive assessment 3. Technical interview 4. Hr interview All the rounds were elimination rounds. With some practice one could easily clear the aptitude and coding round. The coding questions were not so hard.

In the technical interview, I was asked to live code two programs-one involving strings and the other related to dictionaries. Additionally, I tackled puzzles and answered questions related to object-oriented programming.

Simple programming questions along with puzzle questions were asked. I was asked about the company. I was asked about my projects, including my major and mini projects from my college. Overall it was not tedious at all.
