You will be given a problem on the spot and you have to code it on a whiteboard.
I can code in front of the computer, gimme a problem and i can give you a running code.
but i am not good at coding in paper/whiteboard specially if there are people watching (more than that, interviewers)
i should have listened to other people's advice here. i shouldn't have come.
i feel that the questions given to me is not relevant for the job. didn't even bothered to ask questions about my skillset.
they just handed a paper, with a programming challenge and ask me to code on the whiteboard on the spot. IMHO, this doesn't really show how good you are with technologies like Springboot, AWS, Hibernate, etc. it is more of a "we undergone this B.S. so you should do it as well" kind of thing
