Process consist of 4 rounds:- written test, Technical/Domain, Role play, HR Interview. It took 2 days.
First round consist of aptitude questions and a few C programming questions. 25 questions in 2 sections. First section consist of 15 questions each carrying 1 mark & 2nd section consist of 10 questions each carrying 5 marks. All are MCQ questions. Many questions have none of the above as an option which is mostly the answer. Duration of the test is 40 minutes.
In second round, they provide us a lecture on Technical/Domain topics. Each lecture is 30 minutes long. After the lecture, there is another written test based on the lecture.
The key point in Role play round is to defend yourself and attack the weakest person in the group with arguments opposing him/her. After roleplay, there is no screening process.
The last round is HR interview. Few technical questions may be asked. The key here is to keep the conversation going on in an interesting manner. All the Best
