I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Equinox (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Initially a phone interview with the recruiter, then an interview with a General Manager/Asst General Manager training, then an interview with two Regional Directors, then a final interview with the Regional VP.
Each phase seemed promising. Each interview was 30-60 minutes long. Their main concerns was my entrepreneurial background and my ability and comfortability for managing larger teams than I had previously managed. Everyone was thorough in their questioning and basically personable; although no matter how confident you are, no matter how far you made it in the interview process, the final decision can be less than favorable as well as unclear on why you were not hired.
