I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors
Interview
I went through 3 in-person interviews and 1 phone interview before I was offered the job. The guy interviewing me for a spot under his management was really nice and pretty cool. The interviews were pretty informative and are just as much for you to understand the job and ask questions as they are for them to get to know you. Make sure to go in with questions and try to actually get to know your interviewer.

Interview
They do not ask much about you, its more them telling you it will be a glorified sales role. The job is basically cold calling without any base pay and they expect you to be able to move to new york without any compensation. My opinion would to steer clear from these guys.
Great initial interview. Was fed lots of helpful information regarding the job and what it looks like. The gentleman who interviewed me was very respectful and transparent to what the job looks like
