Interview
Applied online, uploaded a resume and cover letter. They got back to me in about a week. There was one introductory interview. After that, I talked to a lead in the department I would be working at. I think that went well because I got a technical interview after that. They used Microsoft Lync, which was buggy at the time, so mostly I spoke with them on the phone. The technical interview threw me a few curve balls and I think that's why I received a rejection email the following week.
