Interview process was quite short - about 20 mins. After asking general questions about the brand, they try and get to know what you're like and how you'd react in certain circumstances.
Online application then an in person group interview where we went to their head office to learn about their products and then to a store to demonstrate our knowledge and sell products to customers

Easy going and calm environment. Friendly interviewers. Training period was also easy. No problems. Everything was smooth and easy. Simple and easy questions, the interview and hiring process only took a week and I was trained very quickly.
The interview process was very informal due to covid protocol. I interviewed with the store's account executive over the phone, it was a very pleasant experience. I recieved a verbal offer over the phone that same day. Great company to work for.
