Etsy A/V Support Engineer interview questions

I received an email from an Etsy recruiter about doing a short screen interview over the phone. The interview went well and I was recommended for a follow up interview with the hiring manager. I then had an interview with the hiring manager about a week later. I followed up twice but never received any response as to the status of my application. The interview with the hiring manager went well and I had no reason to believe that I wouldn't get any type of response at the end of the process. It has been over 2 months now.
