Event Network Sales Associate interview questions

I applied online and received an email several days later asking me to come in for an interview. The interview took place on-site (in the stockroom), and I was interviewed by the Store Director and the Receiving Manager. The interview took place in a group setting, and it was very clear they were expecting more people to show up than just the four that came. They asked very general interview questions (Describe a time when you faced X situation; what would you do in a situation to help a person in the store, etc). They also made it very clear that, if the person hired accepted the position, they had to do a drug test within 72 hours. They also require a background check after hiring. Overall, the interview experience was very positive.

It was short, brief. They asked basic questions Management was nice, made jokes and were comfortable talking. It wasn't very strict. AFter getting the job, there was a lot of turnover.
