      Customer Experience Manager Interview

      Oct 7, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Everly Health

      Interview

I made it through 3 rounds - recruiter, hiring manager, peer. Took over 2 months including me actively following up for an update with recruiter multiple times. Hiring manager seemed excited and mentioned during our chat that I'd be moving to the next round. After the following peer interview which focused mainly on basic leadership questions, I didn't hear anything for over a week before following up. Recruiter eventually let me know that the hiring manager didn't think I had the experience he waw looking for and wouldn't be moving me forward. This came as a surprise initially since the hiring manager moved me forward but after reading other reviews, especially a more recent one from a fellow candidate for this position, it really seems like they don't know what they're looking for and have no respect for candidates time.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Everly Health (Austin, TX) in Sep 2021

      Interview

I went through the interview process with Everlywell. Four interviews in total, spanning over 6-7 weeks. The last round was a project round, in which they provided a very detailed project prompt requesting I prepare a presentation to give to a panel of employees. Up until this round, I felt things were going very well. They were extremely professional, prompt, and pleasant. I spent a lot of time working on the presentation, as I really wanted to put my best foot forward. After 2 weeks had passed, they let me know they decided not to move forward with any of the candidates interviewed. I had seen many reviews like this about them; however, felt I would take the chance since the other interviews had gone so well. I am not sure they know exactly what they are looking for.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

After 4 rounds of interviews, the final round asked me to prepare a presentation designing an onboarding program for new employees, to design a training program for existing employees, and to prepare "high level" training material for 2 specific examples provided.
