Recruiter screening followed by hiring manager interview and more steps beyond that, but I withdrew from the process. The job was described as a 'high priority hire,' yet the process was overly prolonged with no feedback unless I asked for updates myself. There was almost three-weeks between the recruiter screening and hiring manager session. I eventually withdrew myself from the candidate pool as the lack of communication was a red-flag for me. I've hired people myself, anyone who has given their time (phone, zoom, in-person) should be given at least some sort of follow-up even if it's 'thanks, but no thanks.'

Interview process went quickly and smoothly. Interview was a combination of virtual and in-person. Interview team was organized and friendly. Communication in between interviews was timely and consistent. Overall process took about 3-4 weeks.
