I had done the standard company research prior to beginning the round of interviews including reading the reviews here. I must admit, I was surprised at how some of the feedback on the CEO was evident in my interview with him; he came across condescending, and he spent as much time complaining about my current company as he did in interacting with me conversationally. Plus, I've *never* been to an interview where the interviewer would make faces to the other person in the room with them in response to my answers.
