I only got as far as the phone screening, which seemed like quite an easy conversation, so I was surprised that I never got any further and I never recieved so much as an automated rejection. The recruiter seemed to imply that the company was happy to throw money at ambitious projects, but then stated that their salaries were quite low just a moment or two later. I guess it's good that they're up front about that, but it probably wouldn't have been a good fit in that regard.
