I applied as an internal applicant with great credentials after working at Evolution for 9 months. I was told that they prefer to promote internally and they were eager for me to join their department. They ghosted me after having 3 rounds of interviews and then gave the position to a person who was married to someone within the department regardless that I had better qualifications. Nepotism at its finest. They will also frequently bring in European or foreign team members on work visas to pay them dramatically less than the market rates.
