One particular situation was February of 2010 during the Super Bowl, I was called into work at 8:00 at night. I was working for adidas at the time who provided championship apparel to retailers that needed to be delivered the next day no matter what. A system glitch was preventing any shipping labels to be generated in our shipping department. I quickly discovered that a data dump that was uploaded to the shipping system was formatted incorrectly. I had to re-format the data file and perform the upload again at this location, and remotely to two other satellite locations on the spot. The process worked and only one and a half hours of time were lost in the shipping of the goods.
