Explain how to derive alternate minimums.

This wasn't necessarily too difficult, but it was one of the most difficult questions asked. The answer: basically, for an airport with one strip of pavement, add 400' to the decision height and 1 mile to the visibility. For airports with more than one strip of pavement, add 200' to the decision height and 1/2 mile to the required visibility minimums.
